Motorosa Race Line Jacket

This ain’t no dumbed-down-but-pretty looking moto jacket. When you’re twisting the throttle and mashing through the gears, the Motorosa RL One jacket will comfortably wrap you in cool and protection. Made with the same exacting care and protective features as our RL One leather suit, this is a jacket born to ride hard out on the streets and twisties. 

We start with your choice of either hand cut premium cowhide or kangaroo leather construction. We place CE Level 2 certified SAS Tech visco elastic armor in the shoulders, elbows and back protector for maximal force absorption. It’s not just the armor that is CE rated however; every piece of leather, fabric and zipper meets or exceeds CE Level 2 standards for force absorption, abrasion resistance, tearing and chemical destruction. We finish off the protective details with titanium external protection to guard your shoulders and elbows from hard impact. 

Special details include a full size speed hump to minimize wind drag at speed - you’ll find no wanna-be mini hump here. You’ll also find a SAS Tech back protector included. Where other brands advertise that their jacket is “back protector ready,” ours comes standard with industry leading protection. Also included standard is something you won’t notice right away - but you’ll appreciate over the long life of your jacket: Each critical seam is triple stitched, not merely double stitched, or heaven forbid, single stitched.

A great jacket requires great comfort. Our premium natural leather will subtly conform to your body as you wear it. Perforated leather along the chest and shoulders will keep you cool and ventilated on hot summer rides. Keprotech stretchable fabric along the inside of the arms offers exceptional freedom of movement, snug fit and breathability. Accordion stitched leather backed with elastic allows for greater freedom of movement in the shoulders and back. You’ll find no baggy spots with the RL One jacket.
